Formed under extreme heat and pressure, Eclogite is a beautiful stone that is very rare and highly sought after. This Christmas calf fits that mold. BTTR Eclogite is an exceptionally well built silver calf. She has been weaned and is beginning her halter training, and we will continue working on her until she goes to her new home. Eclogite's dam is one of our original matriarch cows, HMS Lady Olive. Olive is a bigger cow, extremely long-bodied, and has a fantastic utter for a 10 year old female. We love her daughters, they have gone on to be fantastic dams themselves (Like BTTR Misty) Eclogites sire is Top Gun I of Mapleview, a fancy white bull who did exceptionally well in the show ring during the late 90's and early 2000's. Top Gun's claves are well known for being thick-made, moderately sized, and wide. Eclogite's full ET Sibling, BTTR Onyx (ET,PV,D), recently sold for $14,000 in the 2026 AHCA National Sale.
